Your fully updated cd-book will be mailed to your address, by ordinary air mail seven to fifteen days,
after GEM-Chem's account has been credited. Data bases are sent annexed to an email. They can also be sent recorded on cd-r, in word format, upon request |

For bank transfers from non-SEPA countries, the swift form should clearly state- 71A (Our)-
which means that the client will incur all bank commissions and transfer costs.
Those may amount to ~40 Euros. Those costs are not included in the price. GEM-Chem do not pay such costs. |

If a delivery by registered mail is required, an additional 5 (five) Euros should be added
to the price of each item ordered. GEM-Chem is not responsible for any losses that result
