This data base includes most if not all producers of polyols used in the polyurethanes industry.
The capacities of the producers' plants (ca.135) are cited whenever possible (80%).
The tables do not include low molecular weight diols, triols or polyol initiators such as mono, di and tri ethylene
or propylene glycols, glycerol, trimethylol propane, sucrose, sorbitol or other low molecular weight initiators.
The polyols of interest have an OH value ranging from 200mgKOH/g to 35mgKOH/g or lower.
They comprise biobased polyols as well as high molecular weight diols both polyesters and polyethers.
